  • We aim to process and ship orders within 4 business days of payment (unless otherwise stated).

  • Payments are accepted via Squarespace Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.

  • Payment information is processed securely by the respective provider.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

4. Candle Safety

  • Our candles are hand-poured in small batches in Ireland.

  • Always follow candle safety instructions provided with the product.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
