At Light & Align, we want you to love your candles. If you need to return a product, here’s how we handle it in compliance with EU consumer law and GDPR.

1. Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under EU distance selling regulations.

To arrange a return:

• Message us on Instagram @lightandalign.ie

We will provide instructions for returning your product.

Privacy note: Any personal information you provide to process a return will only be used for that purpose and will not be stored longer than necessary.

2. Condition of Returns

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Refunds may be withheld if products show signs of use or damage.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 days after we receive returned goods.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
