What are phthalates?
Phthalates are chemicals often added to synthetic fragrances to make them last longer. They can be harmful with long-term exposure. Our candles are fragranced with phthalate-free oils, so you can enjoy your candle without worrying about unnecessary chemicals. They’re carefully selected to deliver a gentle, balanced scent that’s noticeable but not overpowering.
-
How do I burn the candles safely?
Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface.
Keep away from drafts, pets, and children.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn to avoid excess smoke.
Think of it as giving your candle a little TLC - it’ll last longer and smell better for you.
-
How are the candles packaged for postage?
Candles are shipped in recycled and eco-friendly materials wherever possible - bubble wrap, compostable peanuts, and all that jazz. Maybe it’s not the prettiest parcel you’ll ever see, but it gets the job done, keeping everything safe, snug, and a little kinder to the planet.

Can I reuse or refill the candle jars?
Yes! Once a candle has burned down, you can carefully remove leftover wax (freeze it first to make it easier to pop out) and wash the jar in warm soapy water.
Refills for customers may be possible in the future at a lower cost, stay tuned for updates on that.
